We are a family owned, goal oriented fitness facility that focuses on helping you create a stronger mind and body. Our classes are in a large and medium group like setting with a variety of class times to fit your busy schedule. With our dietitian approved nutrition plans you won't ever get bored. At KCMO Fitness we take the thinking out of the fat loss equation with our amazing programs that give you a blueprint for success.

Just like 1:1 personal training, but in a medium sized group. We break up the week into muscle groups Mondays: Back & Shoulders, Wednesdays: Legs & Booty, Friday: Biceps,Triceps, & chest.
With our licensed and certified dietitian approved nutrition plans you will have a blueprint for success. We also help you breakdown and understand MACROS

HiiT
With our SQUAD Bootcamp classes you will burn
maximum calories in
minimum time. These classes are 50 minutes long and are in a large group setting.
