Strength Training Workouts

A complete 3 day split of strength training for 12 weeks. To encourage balance in your physique you will move through different muscle groups each day throughout the week. These training sessions will be in gym with Morgan in a small group of 4 or less based on time. Each workout will be customized to YOU and YOUR personal goals for the 12 weeks. 


Plyometrics Workouts

Plyo is one of my absolute favorite forms of training. These workouts will keep you on your toes and definitely get your blood pumping. I love plyo because it keeps your bodies guessing to ensure you don't plateau.


Full Body HiiT Workouts

Each week you will have 2-3 high intensity interval training workouts, these will be on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday with our Squad Bootcamp Members. These workouts should take about 45-50 minutes to complete. During these workouts you should have little to no rest breaks.


Cardio Training Workouts

To enhance your results I will add in cardio workouts. Starting out we will ease into the cardio and we will gradually add in more as we move into the 2nd and 3rd phases. Your cardio will never exceed 35 minutes.


Macronutrients Calculation

I am going to teach you how to calculate your macros and when to change them up. This is going to be your fuel for the next 12 weeks.


Nutrition Guide

All of my help and suggestions on food in conjunction with how to calculate your macros. I will give you personalized weekly nutrition guides and grocery list to use as a reference over the next 12 weeks.


Support and Accountability

Over the 12 weeks you will have 1:1 support and accountability from Morgan. Daily text messages, weekly check ins, and 24/7 email support.
