When does the program start?

What equipment do I need?
You will want a set of dumbbells, a loop resistance band, and a bench or chair. ( Don't worry I send links to where you can buy these)
I am a beginner and so out of shape, can I do this program?
YES! Absolutely, please sign up! This program is for anyone who is sick and tired of the yo-yo weight loss cycle, looking to lose unwanted fat, switch up their workout routine, gain confidence, become more mindful about food, become stronger mentally and physically.
What are the meal plans like?
We have the best dietician approved nutrition plan and recipes hands down, you will actually enjoy cooking these deliciously healthy meals. Best part in the success manual I give instructions on how to make the plan personalized to YOU!
Can men participate in this program as well?
Yes, absolutely. I have special spot in the success manual that talks all about how to customize the program for men.
How many workouts do I have to do each week?
Great question, I recommend doing at least 4 workouts per week to see the best results. .
What if I miss a week during the program?
No worries at all! Although we are starting as a group on Facebook Monday January 4th 2021. You have access to the 6 week online course for life! 🤗
