When does the program start?
Monday! We start every Monday and program materials are emailed out on Wednesdays. Example: If you sign up on a Saturday or Sunday you will start the following Monday! I want to make sure you have enough time to fully prep for this program and set yourself up for success.
What equipment do I need?
You will want a set of dumbbells and a loop resistance band
I am a beginner and so out of shape, can I do this program?
YES! Absolutely, this program is for anyone wanting to lose unwanted fat, become stronger mentally, and be more mindful about the food they eat.
What are the meal plans like?
We have the best nutrition plan and recipes hands down, you will actually enjoy cooking these deliciously healthy meals.
Can men participate in this program as well?
Yes, absolutely. I have special spot in the success manual that talks all about how to customize the program for men.
What time are the live workouts at?
The live workouts are at 7am Monday - Friday and 8am on Saturdays.
What if I can't make the live workouts?
No worries at all! You have access to 6 weeks of our workout replays via our app to watch whenever and as often as you would like.
