Morgan will work closely with you to figure out your goals and what's truly important to you, to create your perfect 12 week program. Because this program requires a lot of 1:1 attention Morgan will only be taking 4 individuals who want to make real changes to their mind, body, and overall well being over a 12 week period. This is an intensive coaching program to get you to your personal health/fitness and mindset goals.
I know this says “couples” challenge – but really you only need two people to compete – so if you cannot get your significant other on board – ask a friend, sibling, parent, co-worker – really anybody you feel you want to take on in this fun little challenge! – Make sure it is someone that will hold you accountable.
